On December 16, 2021, Center for Steel Structure and Construction – Institute of Construction Science and Technology conducted a test of aluminum and glass door system for “Phu Quoc Hillside Project”. The test procedure is carried out according to the following standards:

– TCVN 9366-2:2012 “Doors and windows – Part 2: Metal doors”;

– TCVN 7452-1:2004 “Windows and doors – Test method for determining air permeability”

– TCVN 7452-2:2004 “Windows and doors – Test methods for determining water tightness”

– TCVN 7452-3:2004 “Window and doors – Test method for determining wind strength”

And other relevant documents

The prototype of the aluminum and glass door system with the diameter of 2425 mm (height) x 1590 mm (width) was installed in the test chamber.

Tested metrics are:

(a) Air permeability with Plk = 150 Pa;

(b) Water penetration under static pressure with Pln = 150 Pa for 15 min;

(c) Wind pressure resistance with P kc = 1200 Pa and -800 Pa

The whole testing process was carried out under the witness of the representative of the investor “Sungroup Group”, the representative of the aluminum and glass contractor “Vietnam Phap Aluminum and Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company”. The trial was conducted successfully and was highly appreciated by the stakeholders.
